Manufacturing your own PET bottles inline drastically reduces freight expenses compared to buying pre-blown bottles from external vendors. However, operating low-quality PET blow moulding machines can lead to uneven wall thickness, neck deformation, and sky-high electricity costs.

Why Shiv Shakti Automatic Blow Moulding Machines Stand Out

Our fully automatic PET stretch blow moulding machines are designed for round-the-clock continuous production with maximum energy efficiency.

  • Exhaust Air Recuperation System: Captures high-pressure blowing air (30 Bar) post-cycle and recycles it back into the low-pressure pneumatic system (8 Bar), cutting compressor power consumption by up to 30%.
  • Independent Multi-Zone IR Ovens: Precise infrared lamp temperature adjustments ensure preforms are heated uniformly from neck to base before stretching.
  • Servo-Driven Stretch Rods: Smooth, microprocessor-controlled stretching produces crystal-clear bottles with perfectly balanced structural rigidity.

How the Automatic Blow Moulding Process Works

  1. Preform Loading: Bulk PET preforms are loaded into an automatic unscrambler hopper and elevated into the rotary heating channel.
  2. Infrared Oven Conditioning: Preforms rotate 360 degrees while passing through multi-zone IR lamp arrays to achieve optimal plastic elasticity.
  3. Mold Clamping & Stretching: Heated preforms are placed into high-tonnage CNC-machined aluminum molds. Servo rods stretch the preform vertically while 30-Bar high-pressure air expands the plastic horizontally.
  4. Auto Ejection: Blown bottles are automatically ejected onto air conveyors and transported directly into the 3-in-1 filling line.

Key Production Problems & How Shiv Shakti Solves Them

Problem 1: Thin Base & Weak Bottle Bottoms

Traditional Issue: Poor stretching control causes plastic to accumulate at the neck while leaving the base paper-thin, causing bottles to burst under stacking pressure.

The Shiv Shakti Solution: Micro-step servo stretching combined with bottom-mold water cooling ensures uniform wall thickness and a rigid, impact-resistant base structure.

Problem 2: Excessive Heat Loss & High Electricity Bills

Traditional Issue: Open-air heating channels waste tremendous thermal energy, requiring ovens to run at 100% capacity continuously.

The Shiv Shakti Solution: Our enclosed ceramic-reflected heating tunnels reflect 98% of infrared thermal energy back onto the preforms, reducing power draw by 25% to 35%.
